- Found in maple/tupelo fen beside the Wading Creek deep in sphagnum moss. Almost translucent with beautiful coral cap. It could be mistaken for Atheniella adonis except the gill blackened with meltzer. i could not measure the spores since i wanted to save the specimen and I was afraid there would be nothing left if i tried poking around.
