field notes
Found on fallen decaying logs often emerging from cracks. Cap to 15mm. Similar to M interrupta but for the brownish colour. The terminating disc at the bottom of the stipe is a brownish colour. Seen near Longwarry. Considered by one author a sub-species of Interuppta.
