This was found while my friend was excavating around eucalyptus trees on his property and was asked to identify. We fried a couple pieces of this each with salt, pepper and butter, it was ok. a little rubbery if cooked too long, with some different spices and cooking techniques I think it could be an interesting dish, unique texture, very much reminiscent of the common name, native 'bread'
