- Growing on the bark of an oak tree. It seems that this species is very widespread here. I found it several times this year at different locations. Its distinguish feature is the chemistry, with a big concentraion of norstitic acid, causing the formation of big needle red crystals. This time I have analyzed this feature in more detail and attach the corresponding photos.
